Tanya started Passion to Seed Gardening in the Spring 2015. A graduate of the New Farmer Pilot Program, an 8-weeks class to support start-up farmers led by the University of Maryland-Extensive through a partly funded federal grant. Passion to Seed is currently operating on a 2-acre tract in Gaithersburg. As the name suggests, this all came about as a passion from within to practice sowing the seed in the garden and relishing the journey as the seed grows. All produce are grown in an all-natural, pesticide-free environment.
